The Northeast Kingdom Radio Club (N1NEK) in St. Johnsbury has launched a hands-on STEM education initiative across Caledonia and Orleans county high schools.
Students learn basic electronic circuit theory, solder simple Morse code practice oscillators, and receive guidance on receiving signals from amateur radio satellites and the International Space Station (ISS).
🎓 Inspiring New Radio Amateurs
Volunteer Examiners from N1NEK host licensing classes and exam sessions, welcoming young technicians and general-class operators into the Vermont ham community.
